They did not pay any attention to my special request (for the same or similar room when I stayed there the previous time) when I made the booking and I was NOT impressed with the room I was given, which received no sun all day and had limited views of the beach.

Liked: Access to the beach.
Disliked: Room and the view. No late check out available. Spa was too cold.

Excellent quality of accomodation. Felt that there could have been more towels in the accomodation and more sachets for dishwasher or specifically advise guests to bring.

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Probably just a bit far from the centre of Broadbeach.

The nicest units we have stayed in on the Gold Coast. Kids enjoyed heated Pool and Spa. Will stay in summer next time.

I had a fantastic 6 days at Oceana in March. Beautifully decorated apartment with amazing views of the beach. Wonderful clean modern kitchen with a great range of cookware and dishes. Enormous bathroom. Very quiet location with just the sound of crashing waves. Sauna, Gym and pool on site. Highly recommend Oceana to anyone looking to relax, unwind and feel at home. Central location to both Surfers and Broadbeach shops but its a bit of a hike on foot. I walked but buses are available if you have no car.

The apartments were fine however we were given a ground level room with no view of the ocean. I don\'t go to the beach to see a garden. There was no other available room with ocean views so I left the property and stayed where I usually stay at Palm Beach. The booking website should have differentiated price by room category ie with or without ocean views. There was no indication or choice available as to whether you stayed if only a garden room was available. Very disappointing. I had actually researched other apartments which were cheaper but only offered garden rooms.

Great place to stay, wonderful modern apartment (huge plasma TV, spa bath) with large rooms and stunning views of ocean from the balcony. Good sized pools and BBQ area with great relaxation space.

Best uninterupted ocean views of the Coast. Spacious apartments that are a stones throw from the sand. Great service from the pleasent resort staff.
